ACCESSIBILITY
Abercrombie serves Knoxville and the surrounding area with two convenient locations;
- The Professional Office Building at the St. Mary's Medical Center.
- Weisgarber Road in West Knoxville.
Free parking is available at both locations.
CENTRALIZED SCHEDULING
One phone number, (865) 584-3444 serves both of our outpatient offices. We also offer a toll-free scheduling number. 800-422-6007. Both are open from 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
OFFICE HOURS
Both of our offices are open from 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. We also offer extended MRI hours from 6:45 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
PRE REGISTRATION
In order to complete pre registration, locate previous film, explain preparations for certain exams and obtain insurance information, an Abercrombie service coordinator contacts each patient prior to an exam. As a service to our patients, we also file all insurance claims and precertify all necessary exams.
24-HOUR REPORTS
We deliver our radiology reports to referring physicians' offices within 24 hours of the exam. Abnormal reports are called by our office staff as soon as possible.
REFERRING PHYSICIAN CONSULTATIONS
Our radiologists are readily available for consultation with your physician. The clinical physician may call for a verbal report or to discuss a case. You may call the North office at 637-0094 or the West office at 588-1397.

At Abercrombie, we strive for 100% patient satisfaction. In order to identify any areas that need improvement, we conduct random patient surveys and routinely audit our coding system.
